How do Film Wizard credits work?
Credits pay for AI generations and other credit-based tools. 100 credits equals $1 of account value, while the amount used depends on the model, duration, resolution, and tool you choose. Credits purchased before September 18, 2026 remain permanent. Credit packs and subscription credits issued from September 18 onward expire 31 days after each grant and are used before permanent credits.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly and annual Hobby, Pro, and Wizard subscriptions renew through Stripe until you cancel them. Use Manage current plan to open the secure billing portal and review your renewal details or cancellation options.
How many images or videos can I create?
It depends on what you create. Shorter videos, lower resolutions, and lower-cost models use fewer credits. Use the info icon beside each plan’s monthly credits for examples, and check the estimate shown before starting a generation.
Can I purchase extra credits?
Yes. Active subscribers can buy one-time credit packs with a card or PayPal without changing their subscription. Packs purchased from September 18, 2026 onward expire 31 days after purchase; earlier credits remain permanent.
How does Film Wizard Unlimited work?
Unlimited is a separate $69 one-time purchase for one nonrenewing 14-day cycle, available once per eligible account. It includes unlimited images on supported image models at 2K and below, plus Unlimited Seedance 2.5 at 720p for two 24-hour windows each rolling week—four Unlimited days during the cycle. Heavy usage may run more slowly, and tools outside those Unlimited benefits still use credits.
Can I change my subscription after purchase?
Yes. Select Manage current plan to open the secure billing portal. The portal shows the available plan changes, timing, and billing details before you confirm anything.
How do automated workflows use credits?
Wizard Agent, storyboarding, Bulk Create, generation, AI editing, and other automated workflows use credits for the actions they perform. The total depends on the selected tools and settings; media-generation estimates are shown before you submit, and batch costs scale with the number of items.
